Sonny H. Astani
Sonny H. Astani is the Chairman of Astani Enterprises, Inc. headquartered in Beverly Hills, California. He has more than 25 years of real estate experience in the Southern California and Baja Mexico areas. Mr. Astani has been involved in the acquisition, development, construction and management of over $1 Billion in multi-family buildings and condominiums, including 5,000 new luxury units in the city of Los Angeles.

Mr. Astani received his Master’s Degree in Engineering from the University of Southern California. He currently serves on the Executive Committee of the Central City Association, on the Board of Counselors of the University of Southern California School of Engineering and on the Leadership Council for University of Southern California's Lusk Center for Real Estate Development. He is also a member of the Pacific Council for International Affairs and a regular lecturer at the University of California Los Angeles Extension.

Marco Astani
Marco Astani is the Vice President of Real Estate Operations for Astani Enterprises, Inc.  Mr. Astani directs the asset management and operations of a 5,000 multi-family luxury units. In addition to focus of asset management and operations, Mr. Astani serves in the roles of Construction Manager and General Contractor. Mr Astani has been involved in the construction and rehabilitation of over $250 million in luxury apartments and condominiums.

Mr. Astani has held a General Contractor License since 1984 and received a Master’s Degree in Psychology from San Diego State University in San Diego, California.

Marlene Shammas
Marlene Shammas is the Controller and Chief Financial Officer for Astani Enterprises, Inc.  Mrs. Shammas joined the Astani team in 1991 and is responsible for Astani Enterprises' financial affairs.

Mrs. Shammas received a Master’s Degree in Finance and Investment from George Washington University in Washington D.C.
